Warcraft 3 RoC Patch 1.24a and Warcraft 3 TFT 1.24a patch updates are being released now. Fixes

Fixed an exploit related to unsafe type casting that allowed users to execute arbitrary code in maps.

Fixed several World Editor crashes.
