Last Stand Mode is coming for Dawn of War 2. Last Stand Mode has been announced for the game by its developers Relic Entertainment. I already told you that there will be lots of Dawn of War 2 downloadable content coming up for the game and there have already been many downloadable content released for the game. The latest in the list will be Dawn of War 2 Last Stand Mode which has just been confirmed. It is currently due for October 2, 2009 release date.

Ok what will be there in this Last Stand Mode for Dawn of War 2. Well, DaW2: Last Stand Mode lets you control an individual hero unit to enter a battle with impossible odds in mulitplayer mode. The mode includes co-op gameplay and lets you control units such as Tactical Marine, Eldar Farseer etc. Players can team up with two squad mates in an attempt to hold out for as long as possible against 20 waves of relentless attackers, leveling up and gaining expereince as you progress (and you don't loose it when you die). This update will also include two new multiplayer maps.
